- Once the request is in process or submitted to the respective authority, it cannot be cancelled.
3.2. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in case of failed transactions or if the service cannot be processed from our side.
- No refund is applicable if incorrect or incomplete information is submitted by the user.
3.3. Processing Time
- Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
